Refund and Return Policy

At Bargain Beds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
• You have the proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Assembled or installed furniture
• Items marked as final sale or clearance

3. Return Process – Step by Step

1. Contact us at support@bargainbeds.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
4. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• You will receive confirmation by email once your refund is processed.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@bargainbeds.shop. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process above.
